ABSTRACT SUBMITTAL GUIDELINES

Submittal:

Authors who submit a paper/panel proposal for possible inclusion in the Russia Power 2011 Conference Programme must meet certain obligations and adhere to requirements. Submittal rules/styles apply. Please pay close attention to the following requirements:

  1. Designate a primary contact responsible for meeting all deadlines and obligations and provide his/her name, company, address, phone/fax numbers and e-mail address.
  2. Designate the actual speaker/presenter of the paper.
  3. Provide names, companies, addresses, phone/fax number and e-mail address for all authors, co-authors and speakers.

Abstracts in Russian must be submitted in the required format for consideration. If not submitted following these guidelines an abstract will not be considered for selection.

  • The abstract must be between 100 and 300 words, no longer than one page, single-spaced and non-commercial
  • Set all margins at 1-inch (2.5 cm) (top, bottom, left and right).
  • Format the abstract title in all caps, bold face print. Times New Roman font and centred.
  • Format the abstract text in 12-pt. Times New Roman font throughout the text. Bold, underline and italic type styles may be used.
  • Indicate on the abstract itself, the best-suited track and sub category for the abstract. Please note we will do our best to place the abstract in this category, if chosen, but we reserve the right to place the abstract in any of the planned tracks or sessions.
  • Indicate on the abstract itself if it has/has not been previously presented. If yes, indicate at which conference and when.

Please note:

All the above requirements should be followed to avoid possible disqualification from the evaluation process. In submitting an abstract you are indicating your willingness to attend and present a paper at Russia Power 2011, 28 - 30 March 2011, if selected. You will be required to submit your paper in advance and liaise with the chair of your session.
